Here at TH Computing we have many levels of support in place as we realise and know from experience that not every business is the same, and the way an individual business utilises its I.T. is not always the same as another company would.
Therefore, we have an automated system in place which defines to you the most suitable level of support for your companies needs.
Simply answer a few questions below and you will be given a level of support which best defines your requirements.
If the Service Level we recommend is not sufficient for your
business, we are happy to discuss individual circumstances.
We regularly review the support levels our clients are using
and if we find that it is not suitable, we will recommend
an alternative, whether that is to a higher, or lower, frequency
of Lieu Day.
