IT Support Technician required.
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years support experience of Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server/Exchange Server 2003 and Office 2003. Knowledge of SQL, Cisco equipment and Firewalls is also desirable, but not essential. Please clearly state all relevant technology experience on your CV to stand the best chance of securing an interview.

Salary: £18,000 p/a - £25,000 p/a Depending On Experience

Sales Assistant
You will be creating new business and managing existing accounts. The work will involve a lot of telephone work and Web/email work too so you should have good telephone experience in a sales or marketing role and good understanding of emails - especially creating mail-shots using Flash, HTML, etc. The telephone work will involve both inbound work answering customers queries and managing existing accounts. There will also be outbound telephone work, chasing up leads that have already been generated and cold calling, you should have experience of using a CRM system. This role would suit someone who is very motivated and capable of managing themselves.

Salary: £15,000 p/a - £20,000 p/a Depending On Experience
